[ccache] ccache 3.1 cache failure

It is idle. Actually all related processes just wait for ccache to carry
on, showing zero (0) CPU after a short while.

It appears as if I am the only one with this problem, so I seriously
wonder what I may do wrong here, apart from sending this. No results here
yet, though.
