[ccache] ccache status update

Hi,

Tridge has set up a ccache product in samba.org's Bugzilla
(https://bugzilla.samba.org), so if you have any bugs or patches you
would like to submit, please go ahead. The old CVS repository has also
been migrated to Git
(http://gitweb.samba.org/?p=ccache.git;a=summary). Thanks, Tridge!

I have not yet done any more work on ccache. My ability to work on
ccache has recently and unexpectedly become quite limited. I hope this
will improve in the future.
