[ccache] Ccache 2.4 and gcov

Hi,

According to information I have gathered from the internet, it is well  
known that ccache does not work properly with flags for coverage, and  
the CVS sources already disable caching when these flags are used.   
Yet there is patch that does the right thing (which is fairly simply,  
as opposed to what the comment in the CVS sources says) to fully  
support the additional files.

I use a modified ccache with this patch, and it works.  How about  
installing it in the mainstream ccache?
