[ccache] portability?

If you look at the source to see how the hash is calculated,
you will see that the only thing which is included in the hash
which is likely to change is the modification time and size of the
underlying compiler.

There is no reason to believe that those would change if you reinstall
the same compiler.

But, is your ccache really that precious...?
