[ccache] ccache+distcc.patch+distcc-0.14 = segmentation fault

I cannot remember who (sorry) submitted the attached patch to allow ccach to 
automatically use distcc by setting the env variable CCACHE_DISTCC=1. 

This worked great with ccache-1.9 and distcc-0.12.

Just upgraded to distcc-0.14 and this patch causes segmentation faults. I 
double checked, by remove the patch and recompiling ccache and everything 
works.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
