[Samba] Samba 4.19.4 as printer server: printer are not show in browser

OK, I have been doing some thinking about this.
The 'browseable' parameter does not refer to the printers, it refers to
the 'printers' share itself and you do not want that showing on a
browser, which explains why the added separate printer is shown.

So why isn't Samba showing your cups printers ?
One reason could be that cups is starting after Samba and hence there
are no cups configurations for Samba to create printers from.
