[Samba] Samba 4.19 as Second AD DC or RODC to existing Server 2016/2019 AD environment

Some features (AD Silos, AD authentication policies, AD claims, not
often used) are not yet fully implemented, but while it hasn't been
tested, that is the idea.
Being able to claim the new FL support avoids, we hope, the previous
approach of first downgrading the FL of the source domain.
We would like to hear how it works out for you.
