You do not need to build it yourself, you can find it here:

Your error appears to be a permission error:

set_nt_acl_conn: fset_nt_acl returned NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED.

It looks like you ran the 'samba-tool' command as a normal user, try it
again with 'sudo'
