[Samba] Problem when upgrading from samba 4.15.7 to 4.16.9

You really should upgrade to Debian 11 and then use Samba from 
backports, this will get you to 4.17.6

How you upgrade will depend, to a certain extent, on how you are running 
Samba.

If you must continue to use your self compiled Samba, then you must set 
up your PATH correctly with /usr/local/samba at the beginning.
This is not without problems though.
