[Samba] Replication error on newly joined DC

I found the answer... I was missing a line from the Global section of
smb.conf

server services = s3fs, rpc, nbt, wrepl, ldap, cldap, kdc, drepl, winbindd,
ntp_signd, kcc, dnsupdate
