[Samba] Rocky linux 9 - Samba AD

You're welcome. I don't publish the binary RPMs because I'm not set up
to provide a public repo of security sensitive packages like Samba,but
my code and the patches in it are pretty transparent to show I've not
inserted anything..... cunning.
