I've updated my github hooks for building samba-4.18.5 on RHEL 8 or
later, at https://github.com/nkadel/samba4repo.

I took a quick shot at building it for Amazon Linux 2023, now that  it
is accessible for "mock" based builds, but didn't get very far: too
many out-of-date dependencies for a fast port.
