[Samba] Winbind and GPO access restrictions?

Sorry I haven't been paying attention to this list.

The wiki does not explain (this is my fault!) that Winbind has 
pam_access Group Policy. If you could deploy pam_access settings to the 
host, would that be sufficient for your needs? I will add details of how 
to do this to the wiki.
