Sorry, but it is still failing.   I now get when attempting to install samba-dsdb-modules:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 samba-dsdb-modules : Depends: libldb2 (< 2:2.2.1~) but 2:2.2.1-0.1buster1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Seems that it wants a version of libldb2 earlier than 2:2.2.1?
