Context: FreeBSD 12.2-STABLE, Samba 4.13.8
Samba is running as a Workgroup server and running perfectly well -- but
in the system log I keep getting this sort of error every 5 minutes on
the button:

Googling around has not helped with finding the cause.... This is an
"isolated" machine in that it does not have an LDAP server or other
Windows Domain Controller on the network it is attached to; user
authentication is done via local smbpasswd. Basically, a very simple
local setup that provides file and printer service for a handful of
Windows 10 machines. It is running perfectly well without problems; the
client machines have no issues with connectivity or file service.
From the error I would surmise that it's upset about a cryptographic
seed in some form, but where and why I don't know.
Any idea what's going on here?
