[Samba] W10 and W11 can't see my share

Which is "completely" normal. 

Just point to the share as \\FQ.DN.TLD\share\ 

Why would you use network browsing at all.. 
I have disabled network browsing by policy 

Some virusses abuse this to spread faster also. 
Just my thoughts on it.
