Hi Louis

Yes, exactly the same symptoms: a unix group visible in getfacl and the
security tab is crashing. I can't tell with which version 11,12,or 13 it
was starting again, because I haven't changed the rights of a file or
directory for at least half a year.

server1:/files/JDownloader/____Seen/Star.Trek.Discovery/Star.Trek.Discovery.S01#
getfacl
/files/JDownloader/____Seen/Star.Trek.Discovery/Star.Trek.Discovery.S03
getfacl: Removing leading '/' from absolute path names
# file:
files/JDownloader/____Seen/Star.Trek.Discovery/Star.Trek.Discovery.S03
# owner: AD\\wsus
# group: AD\\domain\040users
user::rwx
user:root:rwx
user:AD\\horn1:rwx
user:AD\\wsus:rwx
user:BUILTIN\\users:r-x
group::r-x
group:root:r-x
group:1002:rwx
group:AD\\domain\040users:r-x
group:AD\\unixadmins:rwx
group:BUILTIN\\users:r-x
mask::rwx
other::r-x
default:user::rwx
default:user:root:rwx
default:user:AD\\horn1:rwx
default:user:AD\\wsus:rwx
default:user:BUILTIN\\users:r-x
default:group::r-x
default:group:root:r-x
default:group:1002:rwx
default:group:AD\\domain\040users:r-x
default:group:AD\\unixadmins:rwx
default:group:BUILTIN\\users:r-x
default:mask::rwx
default:other::r-x

WIN7 (VM only for Administrator business) or WIN10 crashes

setfacl -x g:1002
/files/JDownloader/____Seen/Star.Trek.Discovery/Star.Trek.Discovery.S03
setfacl -x g:root
/files/JDownloader/____Seen/Star.Trek.Discovery/Star.Trek.Discovery.S03

No crash and now I can see and manipulate the security tab again,
despite that the default:group:1002 still exists

# owner: root
# group: root

is also crashing.

In short: if a Unix group has some rights (except default), the windows
explorer is crashing immediately after opening the security tab in
windows explorer.
