Two down, remove any users in /etc/passwd that are in AD (same goes for 
groups).

If you still get problems with samba-dnsupdate, then try adding 'dns 
update command = /usr/sbin/samba_dnsupdate --use-samba-tool' to smb.conf 
on the DC and restart samba.
