[Samba] Building on RHEL 8

I now use a licensed RHEL 8 system on which I use mock to do all the
other builds for all the distinct operating Fedora and CentOS
operating systems. That took work to set up, including using
"reposync" to pull local copies of all the relevant RHEL 8 channels.
You're very welcome to my tools, which I've mentioned prevously and
will be happy to point out again.
