Which is fine for OP, who only cares about a 90 day time frame?

You set ms-DS-Logon-Time-Sync-Interval to a more appropriate value, like
2 days.
…And hope that Samba honours that. If Samba doesn't support it, then
yes, you'll have to manually mess around with querying all DCs for this
particular edge case.
