[Samba] Samba4 on Ubuntu 18.04

Hai all, 

Well. 
Im not a systemd fanboy, but i accepted it and try to use it to the best i can. 
I got a nice base setup from Rowland for ubuntu 18. 
which im extening now with the systemd parts. 

Now, without samba im at a 1.4Gb base install, which is about the same as my Debian 9 servers.
So im getting somewhere and not all 'base crap' is removed yet. 

So wait and i hope to get this done today so everybody can enjoy samba on ubuntu 18.
