[Samba] Time stamps

Small update, i could not detect why this has happend.
Fix pretty easy, 
Add/remove A/PTR if its on the record. 
Add/remove a record if its the SOA.

If its on SOA and an A/PTR then only the A or PTR fixes also the SOA.

I noticed this due an out of sync caching dns server for my proxy. 

Imo, left of from an old bug, i'll keep monitoring this.
