[Samba] Creating and Managing Service Accounts

Hi,

How do we create Service Accounts with Samba-AD? In RSAT we do not have 
any option enabled for creating Service Accounts. PowerShell Cmdlets 
throw an exception that AD Web Service Server not running etc.

In this case how do we create a service account? These accounts are 
needed for some activities like creating & managing SQL Server Cluster, 
automated patch management etc.

We are using Samba Version 4.7.3
