[Samba] Debian Stretch and Ubuntu 18.04 Samba Debian 4.9.3 (ctdb fixup2)

Hai, 
 
We noticed a few more missing folders not being created at install time for ctdb. 
 
The following folders where missing/not created at install time. 
/var/lib/ctdb/state ( <= fixed in 1.2 and 1.3 ) 
 
2 extra folders where missing at install time. : 
 
/var/lib/ctdb/volatile ( <= fixed in 1.3 ) 
/var/lib/ctdb/persistent ( <= fixed in 1.3 ) 


 
So please update you packages to  4.9.3+nmu-1.3 as soon as possible if you use ctdb. 
If you upgradede from 4.8, then you did not notice this, only new installs with 4.9 are/where effected.
