[Samba] samba acl

Hi all

If I had the Directive valid users = + example \ "Domain Users" with 
ramesses and puma authorized users (which I do not yet clear what the 
servants) what should I do to make the users using the Samba-tool tool?
And at the filesystem level by having the test folder what should I do? 
I have very confused ideas. .
I would avoid using RSAT. I can not find on the wiki Samba what interests me
