[Samba] Samba 3: bad read performance

After fixing a hardware problem (different cntrollers in PCI-X slots)
we've got better results (unfortunately, not in Samba) [MByte/s]:

          Read   Write
disk       400     200
ftp        223     180
samba       28      90

(FTP result is given for 2 streams. 1 stream is about 111 MByte/s for
reading.)

However, Samba speed is still inadmissible.
