[Samba] Roaming profiles and USRMGR.EXE

Another observation:

If I create a user account using USRMGR.EXE and I don't specify the
roaming profile path, the user account gets no roaming profile despite
the setting in smb.conf (logon path = \\%L\profiles\%U\%a).

Is this a bug or a feature?
