[Samba] Security Tab

Is it possible using SAMBA 3.0 to set permissions on files or folders
in windows by right clicking on a file and clicking the secuirty tab,
then adding groups or users to have access or no access to certain
files.

I am finding that linux doesnt quite compare to the flexibility in
netware..

I have heard of acl support do I need that and where can I go for
reference?
