[Samba] transferring profiles

Our users have previously been local users on their own workstation but
now I have setup samba as the PDC using LDAP for authentication.

The users do not want to lose all their settings., stored passwords,
licenses, etc in moving, they do not want to become new users on their
local workstation in the process. How can I move the profile for a local
user to the domain user?
