ext2 + quotas

Just a follow-up: with a clean redhat kernel (2.4.3-12), quotas are working
just fine, both on the filesystem and samba.
With 2.4.9, quotas definitely aren't working, at least on a redhat based
box.
I haven't tried ac kernels 'cause they don't support acls (and bestbits
don't have any patches for them).
