Some errors of user.log

This may not be an error.
oplocks are on by default now. oplocks allow windows clients to cache the
file on their PC's to increase performance. MAYBE this means the application
won't release its oplock to someone else.
Try:
oplocks = no
in [global] and see if this message goes away.
