Help: Can't see my Samba box...

I have noticed a very weird scenerio. If i turn the 'problem' Samba box
to local master and then turn it off again, refresh the browsing list in
Windows Explorer, it appeared!! But if i restart samba service at PDC,
it gone again. I have no idea why and really hope someone can answer me
that.
