The SAMBA VMS list is now removing the HTML attachments from all posts.

In addition, only attachments of text/plain type are being allowed through.

PGP signing should remain intact.

According to the list managers this was supposed to have been
implemented a month ago when the other SAMBA mailing lists were
converted, but apparently there was a bug which has now been corrected.

[Two digests ago, the content appears to be 90% HTML / 10% real content
to find, making it almost impossible to read or answer questions from]

The URL for the posting guidelines is currently broken due to problems
at the hosting site. The SAMBA team is looking at hosting a copy on a
SAMBA.ORG server and will add it in at that time.

In the mean-time, the URLs and posting information in the OpenVMS FAQ at
http://www.openvms.compaq.com can be used as guidance.
