Dear Martin,
I have defined guest account like:
smb.conf
guest account = UCX$NOBODY
UAF> show ucx$nobody

I also have the following entry in the UCX program:
BSUHEP::SYSTEM> ucx
UCX> show proxy
VMS User_name User_ID Group_ID Host name
UCX$NOBODY -2 -2 *
But I am still unable to map from my linux box to VAX.
Log file error is:
[2002/10/24 11:16:04, 0] DSA1:[KITS.SAMBA-2_0_3.SOURCE.SMBD]UID.C;1:(285)
Warning: You appear to have a trapdoor gid system
Do I need to define:
add/proxy ...
in the UAF file ?
thanks,
Luiz Guilherme
