The smbd/fileio.c patch doesn't apply cleanly to the SAMBA_2_2
or SAMBA_3_0 cvs trees. I'm loath to apply anthing that doesn't
apply cleanly and I can see the intent.

Can you fix it so it applies to 3.0 and re-submit please ?
