[PATCH] Clean up samba-3.0 for POSIX-96

This change broke SAMBA_2_2.  The reason is that lib/interfaces.c
is used in the autoconf test so sys/sockio.h would never be
included.  Any thoughts?  I've removed it from 2.2. for now
and will look into it some more.
