Makefile error when no winbind

[Michel Stoop (samba)]

I'm currently compiling on HP-UX 10.20.

This OS does not have winbind support.
In Makefile.in the variable @WINBIND_LTARGETS@
is used, but when I run configure this variable
is empty because HP-UX 10.20 does not have winbind.

This gives a syntax error on line 664 in the Makefile.
