Two lans with PPP?

My english is not very good, but I will try to explain myself.
I need to know how to see two lans with a PPP server.
Here is the problem:
  I have one PPP server and also Samba server, the idea is that other server
do a call to my PPP server an the workstations in the two lans will can see
between them.
