kernel panic ...

Hi,

I'm running 2.2.1a on linux kernel 2.4.6 ... 

I've just recently seen the kernel panic, that sends the machine into an unusable state. It only seems to happen soon after I start samba, bellow is a snip from my messages file ... I'm gonna bring the kernel up to 2.4.7 and see if the problems persists. Any other suggestions?
