Win2K client + Samba 2.2 PDC = no netlogon?

I have a Samba 2.2 server running as a PDC for a Win98 and a Win2K
machine.

The Win98 client logs into the domain and the netlogon script executes
happily.

The Win2K machine, which has already been successfully added to the
domain, doesn't execute the log-on script. Not that this helps (might
be a red herring), but, when browsing the network neighborhood, you have
to work your way up to clicking "Show entire network", then click on the
domain name, in order to see the other hosts in the domain..

Otherwise, Samba 2.2.0 has been working rather well (even during the
alpha phases. :).. at least all of the hosts can get into the domain..
