you should see this followed up with a successful attempt to connect to
192.168.4.42:139.  if you do not then i have a bug to sort out.  use debug
log level 100.

no.  yes, actually, it should!!!! talk to microsoft about the name.  it
should be something like:

smb	445/tcp		smb	# SMB over TCP
