[distcc] distcc 1.2.3 released

This actually happend in 1.2.2 also, but I wasn't sure.

Anyway, ./install-sh doesn't work correctly. When there are multiple files to 
copy, it copies only the first one.

E.g.: 
# ./install-sh -c  distcc distccd /usr/local/bin
# ls /usr/local/bin/dist*
/usr/local/bin/distcc

Solaris 8 /usr/ucb/install does work correctly:

# /usr/ucb/install distcc distccd /usr/local/bin
# ls /usr/local/bin/dist*
/usr/local/bin/distcc   /usr/local/bin/distccd
