That's great!  Thankyou.

It's a more standard format and it may also be easier for BSD people
to process than Linuxdoc-SGML.

OK.  I had just started looking at the two of them, so I'm happy to go
with the full-strength version.

OK.  As it happens I was looking at a printout last night and spotted
some other things that need to be fixed.

Can you tell me what CVS version of the manual you started from so
that I know if any other changes have to be merged?

There are a couple of validation warnings.  I'll check it in to CVS
later today and we can sort out any problems from there.
