[cifs-protocol] Earlier AD schema updates - now published on MicrosoftDocs

Per my phone call with Obaid and Tom last week.

A very long time ago, I asked if would be possible for the files
earlier than Sch48.ldf in the new docs website, as this as an awesome
licence that allows our re-use.

I was re-raising this last week, and this is the mail that was
requested to follow up the things I asked about.

I'm very glad to say this was fixed in 
https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/windowsserverdocs/commit/fcbd5cf887dbd47bbff4e97f9a758debb1dbd0a7
 which is really awesome, and has even been incorporated into Samba
recently (I didn't realise!).
