[Samba] Samba 4.1.17 Raise domain level to w2008 R2

Just tested my setup..  same error here. 

sernet samba 4.2.2. 
Dom level 2008R2 

samba-tool domain level show
Domain and forest function level for domain 'DC=internal,DC=domain,DC=tld'

Forest function level: (Windows) 2008 R2
Domain function level: (Windows) 2008 R2
Lowest function level of a DC: (Windows) 2008 R2

>From a Win 7 64Bit, logged in als domain administrator. 

w32tm /monitor

I think we need an answere from a dev here.
