[Samba] Issue with Samba 3.6.3 and DFS Windows 2008 R2 share

Just for the knowledge,
this is a bug in the linux kernel (cifs) and has been fixed kernel 3.14 as
according to this page https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/LinuxCIFSKernel
I upgraded my ubuntu kernel to 3.16 and this FIXED my issue! DFS referral
now works correctly.
