[Samba] Degraded functional levels after Samba join

It is my understanding that the lowest Samba goes is 2003 functional 
level. If you joined that to a 2000 level domain, I wouldn't know what 
would happen. I believe the command to check the level on the Samba 
system is "samba-tool domain level --show". See what that reports first.
