[Samba] can't turn off password complexity requirements

well i solved:
samba-tool domain passwordsettings set --complexity=off
samba-tool domain passwordsettings set --history-length=0
samba-tool domain passwordsettings set --min-pwd-age=0
samba-tool domain passwordsettings set --max-pwd-age=0

is a not safe way...i only activate for testing mode....user change his 
password any time wherever text.
