[Samba] Windows 8 polices are not applied

You can try to install a samba server with the ip adres of 10.20.0.34, 
or give a windows client the ip adres of 10.20.0.34 and create the share 
the policy is looking for.
Once it has completed its task it should not be needed anymore and you 
can remove the samba server/windows client.

I would create a backup of these files before doing this.
