[Samba] How to delegate permissions with samba-tool delegation ?

Hello guys: 
I want to use samba-tool delegation , I searched on the web, but I can't find a clear example which I can delegate permissions to a user. Please, I need an example how to delegate any permissions to users. I can do it using the ADUC tool from Windows (create user, reset passwd, etc), but I need to do it with samba-tool delegation.
